Monday grind, as told by my wrist
Alright, I’ve got nothing. The watch did the writing today.
108 minutes on court. Strain 11.4, which is apparently "high" but honestly felt like a normal Monday. Heart rate averaged 127 bpm — peaked at 168 during the sprints, I'd guess, because those hurt. 474 kcal burned. That’s about... two oatlets? Worth it.
